We offer a variety of baked goods, from sweet to savory, all made-from-scratch in-house from organic ingredients. Our flours are milled right here in NY by Champlain Valley Milling and Farmer Ground Flour, with many types starting from NY-grown organic grains. Our signatures breads (which begin coming out of the oven Friday early-afternoon) are Ciabatta, Olive, Saranac Sourdough, Honey Oat, and Multigrain Wheat – enjoy these as a loaf to bring home, or as a sandwich or toast from our cafe. You can come and select from our always-changing offerings of sweets, or call ahead to order whole pies, cheesecakes, or trays of pastries and cookies. While have a number of gluten-free sweets, including brownies, almond macarons, coconut macaroons, and granola, although we do not at this time bake any gluten-free breads.
